How to Use

For grilling: Drizzle meat with oil, apply the rub generously and refrigerate for 2–4 hours before cooking.

For smoking: Pair your meat with the perfect wood for added flavour:

• Poultry: Apple wood chips
• Red meat: Hickory wood chips
• Fish: Alder wood chips
• Turkey & ham: Cherry wood chips

For roasting: Apply the rub approximately 30 minutes before cooking.

For vegetables: Toss with oil and rub just before cooking.
